Culinary stories by the Black Sea

At Hypnose Resort by the Sea we believe that you can discover the specificity of a location by simply visiting the restaurant and searching in the menu which culinary dishes are representative or stand out in comparison to other resorts.

It is not only the culinary influences that create the overall image, but also the hospitality of the staff, the interior design, the attention to detail of the place.

We believe that all of these elements are the true messengers of our restaurant, whether we are talking about breakfast, lunch or dinner that we do our best to turn into perfect culinary experiences, each and every one.

The county where our resort is located, Constanța, is also a port city, so it's no wonder that the traditional food of the region is based on fish, and dishes of this kind are in great demand by tourists and locals alike.

Here are some of our dishes containing fish, which - we confess - are among the most requested dishes: grilled or fried turbot (from the Black Sea), Gilthead Bream, pan-fried or golden sea bream, Sea Bass, Sea Bass in Salt Crust and a super variety of seafood: Mussels in Wine Sauce, Pan-Fried Shrimps or Octopus Tentacles.

Our pièce de résistance is our Home Made Lasagna with Duck and everyone who ordered it...asked for a second plate.

Not a fan of seafood? We've got the solution, too, on our menu, where you can choose from beef or chicken.

The cakes are all baked by us, as is the everyday bread and...for every appetite.
