On a quiet little street deep in the heart of the Vadu village, far from the urban crowds, you can discover Hypnose Resort By the Sea \u2013 a slice of heaven where nature and refinement weave together harmoniously.<\/p>

This rules apply to all our guests, please respect it for your own comfort. The check-in operation means that you agree with the entire rules list.<\/p>

Accomodation<\/h3>

Check-in<\/h4>

Check-in is performed from 03.00 pm<\/p>

The check-in process requires an identity document<\/p>

Check-out<\/h4>

Check-out is until 11.00 am.<\/p>

Early – check in\/ Late check – out<\/h4>

Late check-out is possible only after prior confirmation from the reception desk, depending of availability and for a fee.<\/p>

Luggage<\/h4>

Luggage can be kept in the luggage room, without additional fees.<\/p>

Guests<\/h4>

Visitors which are not guests of our hotel are welcomed exclusively in the common areas (reception, bar, garden, terrace).<\/p>

Visitor access in the rooms is not allowed.<\/p>

Rest hours<\/h4>

Rest hours are between 23:00 and 08:00. During this interval we pray our guests to keep noise in the rooms and in exterior areas at a minimum.<\/p>

Pets<\/h4>

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.<\/p>

Food and drinks<\/h4>

Bringing in the hotel good, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is forbidden.<\/p>

Adults only<\/h4>

The area is dedicated exclusively to people above 14 years of age, for a relaxing experience.<\/p>

We cannot check in persons below this age.<\/p>

It is the perfect place to savor a glass of wine at sundown, to listen to the sea waves and rediscover your inner balance.<\/p>

Reservation out of season<\/h4>

Out of the summer season reservations can be made for groups of minimum 10 people, minimum of 2 nights stay with half board.<\/p>

Smoking<\/span><\/p>

All rooms are non smoking rooms.<\/p>

For smoking you can use the room's terrace or special areas.<\/p>

Cleaning<\/h4>

Rooms are cleaned each day and bed sheets are changed every other day, towels are changed every other day or at request. When you require your towels to be changed, please leave them on the bathroom floor.<\/p>

If you don't want your room cleaned daily, please specify this at check-in or use your signal cards, available in each room.<\/p>

Sockets<\/h4>

Conform to current laws no devices without an earthing system can be used.<\/p>

Only devices with a 220V voltage can be used.<\/p>

Valuables<\/h4>

Please store your valuable object in the room's safe deposit box.<\/p>

The hotel is not responsible for the forgotten or lost items.<\/p>

At check-out please leave the safe deposit box door open.<\/p>

Inventory objects<\/h4>

Loss or damage of inventory objects in the room imply payment of a fee, conform to the price list available at the reception desk.<\/p>

Emergency situations<\/h4>

In case of a fire alarm, please keep calm and use the fire exit stairs or the service stairs, marked with luminous signs.<\/p>

For safety reasons in case of fire the meeting place or the guests is in the parking lot of the hotel.<\/p>

2 apartments: one bedroom and one separated living room, ideal for both families or the guests who need a working space.<\/p>

Premium facilities: air conditioning, mini bar, safe deposit box, Smart LET TV, free Wi-Fi, espresso machine with capsules, kettle, hair dryer, iron, iron table, clothes drier.<\/p>

Generous space: studios, double room with 28sqm surface, 60 sqm for apartments, 7,5sqm terrace, double bed and foldable couch.<\/p>

Other information\/services offered by reception<\/h2>

Respect the other guests and our staff. This is mandatory.<\/p>

\u00a0Inappropriate language, raised voices or bad words are not allowed and entitle us to end the accommodation, without returning the payments made at check-in.<\/p>

All complaints regarding the services offered must be written by guests in their period of staying with us, in order to be analyzed and corrected, when the case.<\/p>

Our resort is not responsible in a civil or penal manner for any damage or prejudice on cars, motorized or non-motorized vehicles, for objects left in them or the damages caused. We recommend guests not to leave valuable objects in their vehicles, the hotel doesn't ensure their security and it cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, civil losses, contraventions or infractions in the parking lot.<\/p>

\u00a0Any use of external sound systems (speakers, portable speakers, etc) is prohibited in the resort.<\/p>

\u00a0We consider that at the moment of use of any service or amenity offered by our resort the guest knows the terms and conditions above mentioned and accepted them tacitly.<\/p>

Conditions of modification of stay<\/span><\/p>

Cancellation with at least 15 days before check-in<\/h4>

Guests can cancel the reservation with no addition cost if the cancellation request is sent with at least 15 days before check-in (14.00 at arrival). In this case, any advance payment is reimbursed entirely.<\/p>

Cancellation with less than 15 days before check-in<\/h4>

If the cancellation is done with less than 15 days before check-in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost is imposed.<\/p>

No-Show:<\/h4>

If the guest cannot arrive at the hotel at the day of check-in and hasn't sent a cancellation request a cancellation fee equal to the entire package sum is imposed.<\/p>

The reservation is automatically cancelled for the rest of the stay.<\/p>

Modifying a reservation<\/h4>

Modifications of the reservations, as changing the date of arrival or its duration can be made without additional fees if the request is made with 4-5 days before check-in.<\/p>

Any modification requested with less than 4-5 days before check-in is subject to availability and can come with additional fees.<\/p>

Cancelling the reservation after filling the document with arrival and leaving dates<\/h4>

If the cancellation is made after filling the document, the sums paid as advance payment or entire stay cannot be reimbursed.<\/p>

At Hypnose Resort by the Sea fine dining becomes art and each meal is a memorable experience.<\/p>

Our restaurant expertly combines international dishes with local delicacies, using fresh ingredients sourced from producers in Dobrogea.<\/p>

Daily: 8.00-23.00 (hour of last kitchen order)<\/p>

Open all year (with reservation*) for our guests of the hotel and outside guests who enjoy a sun down and a trip to Vadu.<\/p>

Breakfast is served a la carte, between 8.00 and 11.30.<\/p>

Lunch and dinner are served a la carte, last order to the kitchen is at 23.00<\/p>

Safe deposit box<\/h3>

In each room there is an electronic safe deposit box. To avoid unpleasant situations please keep your valuable objects inside it and memorize the access code. The resort staff is not responsible for missing items.<\/p>

Changing the access code<\/h4>

1.With the door open, localize the red button on the inferior side of the door, next to the hinge and press it.<\/p>

2.Press the \u201c#\u201d key<\/p>

3.Put a new code of 3 to 6 numbers, using the keypad<\/p>

4. Press the \u201c#\u201d key<\/p>

5. The code is memorized and confirmed by displaying IN on the screen<\/p>

Closing the safe deposit box<\/h4>

Rotate the button in reverse clockwise direction. The mechanism will automatically block the safe.<\/p>

Opening the safe deposit box<\/h4>

1.Press the \u201c#\u201d key<\/p>

2. Put in your selected code<\/p>

3. Press the \u201c#\u201d key<\/p>

4.Rotate the button clockwise. The door will open.<\/p>

Each press of a key determines a sound and the screen will light yellow intermittently.<\/p>

If the code introduces is incorrect, the yellow indicator will blink, a rapid sound signal is heard and the user must introduce again the correct code.<\/p>

Offers wild scenery, unspoiled beaches and a rich historical and cultural resource.<\/p>

Corbu beach<\/h4>

An expansive and quiet beach, away from the classical resort bustle. Popular for aquatic sports fans (kitesurfing, windsurfing), snorkeling and camping (in special areas).<\/p>

Vadu beach<\/h4>

One of the last truly wild beaches in the Romanian sea side, known for its fine sand, cristalline waters and isolated atmosphere.<\/p>

Chituc protected area<\/h4>

A strip of land and protected natural reservation between Black Sea and the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon Complex, perfect for bird watching and exploring the seaside flora.<\/p>

Corbu lake<\/h4>

A lake appreciated for the sport fishing fans and for the bird watchers<\/p>

Sinoe lake<\/h4>

A lake with marine origin, ex-gulf of the Black Sea, situated near the Histria ancient site, with a picturesque lagoon landscape.<\/p>

Tasaul lake<\/h4>

A destination adequate for guests in search of an accessible place for pleasurable walks and relaxing activities near water.<\/p>

Dobrogea Gorges<\/h4>

One of the most impressive karstic landscape in Dobrogea, a canyon dug by water in lime rocks of 150 million of years old, with sights which keep traces of a prehistoric sea.<\/p>

The bat cave<\/h4>

One of the most well known fossil caves in the Dobrogea Gorge area, appreciated for its accessibility and for the fact that it offers a view on the manner in which the dobrujan limestone were modelled by ancient subterranean networks.<\/p>

Gura Dobrogei Nature Reserve<\/h4>

A natural area ideal for short hikes and outdoor exploration, known for its easily traversable karst terrain.<\/p>

Histria archeological site \u2013 approximately 30km north from Corbu<\/h4>

The oldest town attested on the territory of Romania, founded by Greek colonists in VII century BC. Here you can explore the ruins of the town and the Archeology Musem.<\/p>

Saint Efrem Monastery<\/h4>

A new monarchial settlement, settled in a quiet natural landscape, close to the Dobrogea Gorge Reservation, a well known area for its limestone and wild landscapes.<\/p>

Ion Casian monastery:<\/h4>

set in a particular natural landscape, near the limestone rocks near the Casian Gorge, an ideal place for easy hikes and unobstructed views to the Dobrogea landscape.
